Anyone who trains or works in the fitness industry will tell you how important rest days are. They help your body recover from the workouts, which in turn enables muscle recovery which brings on the gains. I however know this information, but still hate a rest day! And this week I had a double whammy, as my rest day was also a day off work. So follow me as I tried to fill my day, and keep myself occupied without the gym!
